You should never want to ignore your court case or any communications from the Plaintiff. By doing so, a judgment may be entered against you.
You should contact our office immediately at (916) 735-5056 by selecting the legal department or contact an attorney for legal advice. By contacting our office, you can request a payment plan that is acceptable. If you fail to do so, we may move forward with collecting the judgment which can include but not limited to a wage garnishment and or a bank levy.
Your dispute must be in writing. You can mail, fax or e-mail your dispute along with any evidence supporting your dispute to our office. However, if you've been served with court documents, you must go to your court hearing or contact an attorney for legal advice.

During the dispute resolution process, you will receive copies of the promissory note you signed with the original creditor. You'll have 30 days to review it and or contact an attorney for legal advice. If you feel that the information provided to you during the dispute resolution process is correct, you should contact our office to establish a re-payment plan. By doing so, you will avoid further collection attempts.
